Where to eat: Another one of my favorite spots is Westville East…this remains on my weekly rotation!! Everything on the menu is great.

What to eat: Since the entire menu is phenomenal…I’ll just highlight a few of my favs from the standard menu (although their specials are all yummy): Corn on the cob (with lime), Beer Battered Cod Fish & Chips, Grilled Hot Dogs, Grilled Chicken Reuben Rye, and the Westville Cobb Salad. The market sides are delicious…a few recommendations: Artichoke Hearts with Parmesan, Grilled Asparagus, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, and the Sweet Potato Fries! You must try the blended mint-lemonade - one of their specialties. As for dessert?? Homemade oreo cookies, carrot cake and cobblers are just a few items…AMAZING!

I Heart Candy

I always feel a stomach ache waiting to happen when I step foot into Dylan’s…but there’s not many places where I can still feel like a kid again! Many of the candies you’ll find are well-known and very loved such as Pez, Charleston Chew, Alexander the Grape, and Pixi Sticks…but they literally have everything from novelty and nostalgic candy to sours, gummies and chocolate!

Somebody get my dentist on speed-dial…!!!

Not sure if they’ll let me in…

Where to Go: My weekend started off at The Eldridge Thursday night…great music (as usual DJ Meldebarge) although the 7-foot giant wearing the cowboy hat and guarding the oil tycoon freaked us out a bit - and Hi John Legend. With my BFF Whitney visiting me from Cali, I had to take her to all my favorite spots… Or at least as many as we could fit into a couple days!

Friday started off with Ruby’s for a Chicken Bluey Sandwich (if you don’t know what that is, you’re are seriously missing out), next stop Rice To Riches…over 20 flavors are made fresh daily, my favorites are “understanding vanilla” and “take me to tiramisu”, but they’re all good seriously!

Heaven…or at least a taste

I stopped by the Siwy Fall preview and sample sale with Stylist Michelle Ten on Tuesday…the cupcakes from Crumb were more than a little distracting. There was over 20 different types of mini cupcakes - clearly I couldn’t keep going back to try each flavor (although I wanted to), but i’m definitely going to order the taste pack and lock myself in my apartment where no one can see me hoard them all to myself!
