Obsessed: Celine Boston Tote
Posted by Jen Yu | Posted on 21-08-2010
Item Of The Week: This bag is the perfect shape! Oversized and attention-getting without being overworked or over-designed, classic but modern, graphic in its details but simple in shape. Depending on color combinations, the bag ranges from around $1800-$2500, and it’s sold out virtually everywhere…my search continues…sigh.

Item of the Week: Who’s King now…
Posted by Jen Yu | Posted on 22-03-2010
The F1 season kicked off this past weekend in Bahrain. But in addition to the race action, Formula One Management signed there a new commercial agreement with Swiss watchmaker Hublot. The arrangement gives Hublot the right to use the F1 name commercially, and will see the brand represented at select races with unique hospitality events throughout the year. But more than that, it means that Hublot will begin marketing a special F1-branded line of watches.
The first example is what you see here: the Hublot F1 King. The opposite of the kind of bling you’d typically associate with grand prix racing, the timepiece is based on the King Power model, with everything blacked out for a sleek, matte look. Only 500 examples, each individually numbered, will be on offer before Hublot unveils its next F1 edition.
*Hublot…a label to hoard…

Item of the Week: Walking On Air Wedding Dress
Posted by Jen Yu | Posted on 15-03-2010
Say “I do” wearing this original gown designed exclusively for REVOLVE by William Anzevino and Richard Florence. For this fashion-forward take on wedding-day bliss, Anzevino and Florence create a feeling of walking on clouds by combining a palette of champagne and white with modern architectural elements. The one-of-a-kind silhouette is a delicate play on length featuring tiered ruffles topped with an adjustable voluminous skirt and textured sash-style belt.

Item of the Week: Leather Blazers…Still an obsession
Posted by Jen Yu | Posted on 01-03-2010
I’m still somewhat obsessed with blazers…albeit, leather is my new favorite for a bit of “twist” to a classic piece. Clearly black is the best choice since you can do day into night - or night into day, depending on how you roll lol. The first jacket by DKNY is a collarless leather blazer featuring a single-button closure and welt hip pockets with darting in the front and princess seams in the back. The second piece by Rodebjer is a perfoarted faux leather jacket with a single low button front with 3 pockets and skinny lapel.

Alexander Wang for Linda Farrow
Posted by Jen Yu | Posted on 08-02-2010

For his Spring/Summer 2010 show, Alexander Wang introduced a football feel to the clothing and sunglasses to his product offerings. Four additional are styles being produced with Linda Farrow (the ultra-chic British eyewear brand that’s done collaborations with uber-hip designers ranging from Yohji Yamamoto and Dries Van Noten to Matthew Williamson and Raf Simons), but i’m loving this zipper-accented model. I already have the collabo with Matthew Williamson, but I may have to pick these up as well!!

Item of the Week: Baptiste Viry - Bow ties for women!
Posted by Jen Yu | Posted on 01-02-2010
This super cute version of the bow tie for women is by Baptiste Viry and comes in a variety of colors, including solids with a few available in prints. The main source of inspiration for this collection is a man’s wardrobe…Viry uses a mixture of noble and raw materials which clearly displays his desire to go back in time to an era of “pieces unique”.
