Really interesting concept…little pricey, but hey I’d give it a try…Apparently tiny, almost invisible magnets hold the pieces in place, holding tight enough to ensure that there won’t be any accidental panty-dropping in the office. But when the moment arrives, the well-placed connectors snap apart in one swift tear. Not easy to find since only two boutiques carry Lingerie Dement in the United States, but you can try this website!

In diary form Shaffer shares extracts from his extraordinary life at the nexus of New York’s art, fashion and cinema worlds, at glitzy parties “where everyone is somebody and they’re all dressed to kill!” Shaffer’s journey was that of a “voyeur, participant, invited guest and documentarian” wrapped into one; sadly he died during the final stages of production on this book, which now serves as a fitting legacy for an artist who deserves more recognition.

The big brother of the popular Perrelet Turbine watch is here. This is the Perrelet Turbine XL. A more complex looking and larger follow-up to the Turbine watch. Definite statement piece!

Perrelet will offer a few versions of the Turbine XL. Each version has a DLC black coated steel bezel. Some models have brushed titanium cases, others have DLC coated titanium cases, and a higher-end model will have a 18k rose gold case. Prices for the Perrelet Turbine XL watches range from $6,000 - $6,650 in titanium, to $25,900 in gold.

Beverly Hills jeweler Martin Katz created a limited edition diamond encrusted “J” pull for the iconic tracksuit made of 18-karat white gold and pave set with one carat total weight of diamonds. I’m not the biggest fan of Juicy tracksuits, but I wouldn’t mind the diamond “J” in my stocking for the holidays!!!

On October 20th, Christie’s offered the BVLGARI Blue, a 10.95-carat triangular-cut fancy vivid blue diamond set alongside a 9.87-carat white diamond in a ring. The ring was the highlight of Jewels: The New York Sale, and it is the largest fancy vivid blue diamond of this cut ever to be offered at auction. So rare, only 1 in 10 million diamonds possess a color intense enough to be qualified as fancy vivid blue by the Gemological Institute of America. The original owner purchased the ring to commemorate the birth of his first son and paid about $1 million…the ring was expected to make auction history and fetch over $12 million…it went for $15.7!!! wow…

Fashion designer Christian Lacroix and Chivas team up for a special edition Chivas Regal 18 Year Old release. The premium scotch whiskey comes in a decadent brocade presentation box in French jacquard. The case has a mirrored interior and the bottle itself also has a jacquard embroidery. A metallic design is present on the bottle as well, which is reminiscent of the Chivas 12yo that was released last year. Only 3,000 bottles of the Lacroix 18yo will be available, with around one-third allocated to the duty free market at a retail price of $495.
